is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract assignment in Concord, CA. The Occupational Therapist will provide quality rehabilitation services and help patients improve their functional abilities and independence. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide occupational therapy treatments based on patient needs. Monitor and document patient progress. Assist patients with improving daily living and functional skills. Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Requirements Active California Occupational Therapist License. BLS certification required. 1 year of experience preferred.
