Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Valid Occupational Therapist license in California Prior experience with pediatric, K-12, or school-based OT preferred Familiarity with home health or healthcare-based therapy techniques Competency in planning and delivering teletherapy sessions Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary educational teams Dedication to ongoing professional development

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop targeted treatment plans Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services in accordance with student IEPs Support students fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills Utilize telehealth tools to reach students remotely as needed Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations Partner with teachers, families, and support staff to create a supportive learning environment Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development
