Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Discover rewarding opportunities to support students' development in a full-time, contract position spanning the entire school year. If you are a dedicated Occupational Therapist passionate about making a positive impact in educational settings, this role is an excellent match for your expertise.
Two dynamic openings are available:
one focusing on elementary-level students and one covering the full K-12 spectrum. Collaborate closely with school staff to help students achieve their goals and improve their participation in school-based activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active Occupational Therapist license for California Relevant experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy Familiarity with IEP development and implementation Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt interventions to meet a range of student needs Team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach
Key Responsibilities:
Assess students to determine their OT needs within the school setting Develop and execute effective individualized treatment plans for students Participate in goal-setting and IEP meetings with multidisciplinary teams Deliver direct and consultative OT services across classrooms Document progress and regularly communicate with staff and families Serve as a resource for teachers regarding accommodations and adaptive strategies
