Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California Previous experience in a school-based OT setting preferred Strong communication skills for engaging with students, educators, and families Ability to design and implement individualized therapy interventions in accordance with students IEPs Team-oriented mindset with a passion for providing inclusive support

Key Responsibilities:

Assess students needs and collaborate with educators to develop effective intervention plans Deliver individual and group occupational therapy services within school settings Maintain thorough records and progress notes, supporting documentation needs for IEP meetings Offer recommendations and strategies to teachers and families that promote student success and independence Adapt sessions and interventions to both virtual and in-person formats as needed This contract position provides 40 hours per week, offering you the consistency of a full-time schedule while making a difference during a vital leave of absence period.
