$58•65 per hour, depending on experience More About the Opportunity Development is Child's Play is seeking an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Burlingame and Cupertino clinic for a temporary 3•5 month assignment with two days in each location including Saturday in Cupertino. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinician who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced pediatric setting and is confident stepping into an established, full-time caseload. We're looking for someone who can quickly build rapport with families, work independently, and seamlessly integrate into our supportive team. The anticipated start date is September 1, 2026, with the assignment expected to last approximately 3•5 months. We are looking for a therapist with some flexibility around scheduling as the exact dates are finalized. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy services (treatment and evaluations) to an established pediatric caseload Deliver high-quality, family-centered, play-based therapy Collaborate closely with our team of Occupational and Physical Therapists Maintain timely documentation and communication with families and team members Step into an active schedule with minimal onboarding Qualifications Minimum 3 years of pediatric occupational therapy experience Current California Occupational Therapy License NBCOT certification Experience managing a full caseload independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Authorized to work in the United States Who We Are Development is Child's Play is a growing pediatric therapy practice with clinics in Cupertino and Burlingame. Please Note This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 3•5 months. While this role has a defined duration, Development is Child's Play is a growing practice, and future opportunities may become available based on the needs of the organization.
