Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Valid California Occupational Therapist (OT) license required School-based OT experience strongly preferred; background in home health or general healthcare settings is a plus Understanding of IEP process and case management for a school caseload Strong communication skills for remote collaboration Comfortable managing various age groups in an educational context

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct and virtual OT services to students as outlined in their educational plans Partner with educators and parents to promote student independence and success Document progress and maintain records in compliance with school and state guidelines Attend team meetings and case consultations as required Participate in onboarding and relevant training initiatives
