9693735-92407 Job Description Bring your expertise as a School Occupational Therapist to a vibrant district near San Bernardino, CA! This contract opportunity is ideal for those passionate about making an impact on students' growth and daily functioning. Step in during a key time as you cover a maternity leave, beginning January 4th and continuing through the end of the school year. Workdays are Monday through Friday, following the district calendar, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Support students from preschool through 8th grade across three welcoming campusestwo elementary schools and one middle school. Collaborate with experienced staff and benefit from the assistance of a dedicated COTA as you manage a manageable caseload of approximately 55 students.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Valid California Occupational Therapist license Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred Familiarity with supporting students from preschool to middle school Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with staff and families Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple campuses and student needs Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for all learners

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy for students individual educational needs Work closely with teachers, school staff, and families to integrate OT strategies into the classroom Maintain timely and accurate documentation Supervise and guide the COTA to ensure continuity of care Travel within the district to provide services across three schools This is your chance to support students through an important stage of their educational journey while enjoying a set schedule and a dedicated support team.
