Are you a Pediatric OT looking for high earning potential , complete schedule autonomy , and a tight geographic route that respects your time? Sensory Bridge Pediatric Therapy is seeking an independent Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver play-based early intervention (ages 0-3) in home and community environments. We structure our caseloads into clustered, local routes in and around Diamond Bar to keep drive times short so you can maximize your billable hours.
High Hourly Pay:
$90 per hour

Build a custom caseload and schedule that fits around your life.
Smart Local Routing:
Tightly grouped client routes in and around Diamond Bar to minimize travel between visits.
Streamlined Operations:
We handle client intake, scheduling, and billing so you can focus entirely on clinical care. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 early intervention OT evaluations and direct treatment sessions for children ages 0-3 in home and natural community settings. Develop individualized treatment plans targeting sensory processing, fine motor development, self-care, feeding, self-regulation, play, and developmental milestones. Deliver interactive caregiver coaching and parent education to support functional carryover in everyday family routines. Complete brief, timely clinical documentation. Maintain professional liability insurance and compliance with professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications Licensure:
Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Required).
Experience:
Experience in pediatrics or Early Intervention (0-3) strongly preferred.
Requirements:
Reliable vehicle, valid CA driver's license, active auto insurance, and professional liability insurance.
Skills:
Strong clinical reasoning, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills with families.
Languages:
