• Occupational Therapist Duties & Responsibilities:
• + Provide occupational therapy services to support students' academic participation and daily functional skills.

+ Assess students' abilities related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom activities.

+ Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and educational goals.

+ Provide interventions to improve coordination, motor skills, independence, and participation in school activities.

+ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student development and learning outcomes.

+ Recommend adaptive equipment, accommodations, and strategies to improve student success.

+ Monitor and document student progress and maintain accurate therapy records.

+ Participate in student support meetings, evaluations, and individualized education planning.

+ Follow school policies, safety guidelines, and applicable professional standards.

• Minimum Qualifications
• + Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program + Current Certified Occupational Therapy licensure in applicable state + School based OT experience required (1+ years), total of 3+ years of OT experience preferred + Additional certifications may be required.

+ Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

+ Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .

BLS, N95

fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
