We seek an OT or PT who wants to work in a collaborative and progressive clinical setting. We prefer a CHT. We will consider an OT/PT who has a minimum of one year of Hand Therapy experience •if you were trained by a CHT. 50 % of our case load is trauma. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations ( 60 minutes), Full up treatment and re-evaluations ( 40 minutes). Using EMR efficiently for all documentation. Strong skill set in a wide variety of splints: Elbow, Wrist, DBS, Thumb spica, digits. Have good "hands on experience" and provide joint mobilization and
STM/IASTM.
Develop and implement customized HEP's, Ergonomics, PRE's.
Basic requirements:
Valid CA State licensure : Occupational Therapist / Physical Therapy. Up to date and in good standing for Licensure. Proven experience working Hand/Arm Therapy setting at least Part Time. Speak and Write clearly in English. Possess a CA drivers license or US passport. Will commit to a minimum of two years working in our Clinical Setting.
Pay:
$50.00 - $65.00 per hour
