Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Current Occupational Therapy license in California Previous pediatric/school-based OT experience preferred Familiarity with IEPs, progress documentation, and IEP meeting participation Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage IEP goals for K8th grade students Document student progress and maintain detailed records Attend IEP meetings and actively collaborate with school staff and families Provide direct therapy onsite at multiple school locations Participate in school events and foster a supportive environment for all students
