Job Description
Position:
School Based Occupational Therapist in Fontana, CA OT Job Description- Complete OT assessments and reports
- Complete treatment sessions as needed. COTAs will complete the majority of treatment sessions
- Update IEP documents prior to each Annual, Triennial, Initial, 30-day, and other meetings
- Attend IEP meetings and present OT portion of IEP to the team.
- Supervise a COTA
- Collaborate with SPED team members and teachers
- Complete quarterly progress reports if required
- Complete Medi-Cal billing if required Requirements
- New Grads Welcome (with school based fieldwork experience)
- Occupational therapy degree from an accredited school or program
- California current Board of Occupational Therapy license
- Ability to travel between school sites and have reliable transportation
Benefits Pay Rage:
$62 - $65/hr for approximately 184 days of work- Paid time off
