Position:
School Based Occupational Therapist in Fontana, CA OT Job Description
  • Complete OT assessments and reports
  • Complete treatment sessions as needed. COTAs will complete the majority of treatment sessions
  • Update IEP documents prior to each Annual, Triennial, Initial, 30-day, and other meetings
  • Attend IEP meetings and present OT portion of IEP to the team.
  • Supervise a COTA
  • Collaborate with SPED team members and teachers
  • Complete quarterly progress reports if required
  • Complete Medi-Cal billing if required Requirements
  • New Grads Welcome (with school based fieldwork experience)
  • Occupational therapy degree from an accredited school or program
  • California current Board of Occupational Therapy license
  • Ability to travel between school sites and have reliable transportation
Benefits Pay Rage:
$62 - $65/hr for approximately 184 days of work
