Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Occupational Therapy license (OT) for practice in California Minimum of 1 year recent school-based occupational therapy experience Strong understanding of educational settings and IEP process Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Organized, flexible, and able to manage a full caseload independently

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students functional participation in the classroom Maintain accurate documentation, monitor progress, and participate in IEP meetings Provide recommendations and adapt classroom materials or environments to promote student success Stay current with evidence-based practices and district/state policy Looking forward to a school year where your skills genuinely impact students academic achievement and personal growth.
