Qualifications & Certifications:

Active California Occupational Therapy (OT) License required Background in school-based OT services strongly preferred Current credentials and certifications as required by California guidelines Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills Previous school caseload experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to students, working individually and in groups as needed Assess students functional abilities and develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to educational goals Document progress and maintain compliance with all state and district requirements Collaborate with special education teams, families, and other professionals to support student success Consult with teachers regarding environmental adaptations and classroom modifications Manage a defined student caseload, performing assessments, IEP participation, and progress monitoring
