9591859-92336 Job Description Support students growth and success as a contract Occupational Therapist serving K-8th grade across multiple school sites near Fontana, CA. Contribute to a collaborative environment Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, working with a caseload of approximately 55-60 students. This assignment is structured on a trimester basis (AugustNovember, NovemberJanuary, Januaryend of year), covering a leave vacancy until the role is filled permanently.

Current Occupational Therapist license (OT) Previous experience providing OT services in a school-based setting Proficiency in writing IEPs and documenting student progress Ability to collaborate effectively with COTA team members Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families Experience supporting K8th grade students across diverse needs Key responsibilities: Deliver individualized school-based OT services for students across 2-4 sites Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Complete comprehensive evaluations, progress monitoring, and required documentation Attend IEP meetings and contribute meaningfully to educational planning Partner with COTAs for seamless service delivery and student support Participate in school site events, integrating OT strategies into classroom routines This contract position is ideal for a skilled OT looking for structured, ongoing assignments in an educational setting, with the opportunity to work closely with both students and a supportive therapy staff.
