Key Qualifications:

Possession of a valid Occupational Therapist license in California, or current eligibility for licensure under the California Occupational Therapy Practice Act. At least two years of clinical experience in pediatric therapy, specifically focused on developmental disabilities and providing services in educational settings. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to support students across a range of ages and abilities. Commitment to onsite service delivery; this position requires in-person presence and is not open to remote or hybrid arrangements.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to create inclusive learning environments and implement tailored interventions. Provide training, resources, and support to staff and family members to promote student progress and independence. Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services, progress, and communications. Participate in IEP meetings and student evaluations as a valued member of the educational team.
