Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students as an Occupational Therapist for the 26-27 school year. In this contract position, you'll work 20-30 hours per week, providing your expertise and dedication to help students thrive within a school-based environment near Glendale, CA.

Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Valid OT license in California, or eligibility to obtain licensure before the start date Experience collaborating in school settings, working with children ranging from preschool through high school Strong communication abilities with students, families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams Proven organizational skills to manage documentation, assessment, and progress reporting

Key Responsibilities:

Assess students' needs and develop individualized occupational therapy plans to support educational success Deliver direct and consultative OT services in group and one-on-one settings, both within the classroom and specialized environments Collaborate closely with educators, case managers, and family members to integrate therapy goals into students' academic routines Maintain compliance with IEP documentation, progress reports, and related service logs Contribute to IEP meetings and student support teams with professional insight and compassionate guidance Experience the satisfaction of making a meaningful difference in the lives of students, while enjoying a flexible schedule and the support of a passionate school community.
