Key Qualifications & Experience:

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Experience delivering occupational therapy services in school settings (K-12 preferred) Understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs), documentation, and compliance in educational environments Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, families, and school personnel Ability to travel on-site and provide hands-on support to students

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to K-12 students Collaborate with educators and staff to implement student-specific strategies in the classroom Support students goals related to fine motor skills, self-regulation, and classroom participation Maintain timely documentation and contribute to the IEP process Engage in team meetings and professional development as part of a multidisciplinary staff This contract role provides a stable, fulfilling setting to utilize and grow your OT skills over multiple school years.
