The Occupational Therapist will provide rehabilitation services focused on improving patients' functional independence, mobility, safety, and ability to perform activities of daily living. Responsibilities Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living, strength, coordination, mobility, and functional independence. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical response and rehabilitation goals. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic activities, adaptive techniques, and safe functional strategies. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation and nursing teams. Requirements Occupational Therapist (OT) Qualifications Required. Ability to Provide Occupational Therapy Services in a Post-Acute / Rehabilitation Environment Required. Strong Patient Assessment, Treatment Planning, and Functional Rehabilitation Skills Required. Strong Communication, Clinical Documentation, and Interdisciplinary Collaboration Skills Required. Ability to Work Tuesday Saturday from 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Required. The Occupational Therapist will provide patient-centered rehabilitation services while supporting improved independence, functional performance, and quality of life.
