Competitive Salary:

$80,000 - $105,000 (Based on experience) ✔

Monday-Friday, No Weekends What You'll Do Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to children (ages 0-18) in clinic, home, and/or school settings. Address sensory processing, motor development, feeding, and oral motor skills. Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress. Collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and Behavior Therapists. Maintain timely and accurate documentation. What We're Looking For ✅ Current California Occupational Therapist License ✅ Minimum of 1-2 years of pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred ✅ Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills ✅ Experience working with children in clinic, school, and/or home-based settings preferred ✅ CPR Certification (preferred) ✅ Bilingual skills are a plus ✅ Passion for working with children and providing family-centered care Additional Certifications / Preferred Skills ✔ Sensory Integration or Social-Emotional (SWC) Certification (Preferred) ✔ Feeding, NDT, or other pediatric specialty training is a plus What We Offer Comprehensive Benefits (Full-Time): Medical & Dental Insurance 401(k) with Employer Matching (available to Full-Time and Part-Time employees)
