What you'll bring to the role: Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist Experience (or strong interest) in school-based OT practice Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized intervention plans Excellent communication skills and collaborative nature Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Passion for fostering growth and independence in students What you'll do: Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans to address students' needs Deliver direct and consultative OT services in classroom and small group settings Document progress and adapt interventions as students evolve Partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement Educate staff and caregivers on OT strategies and equipment Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student planning Support a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child's achievements are celebrated.
