Knowledge:

Have expertise in hardware, home improvement, construction and or other related fields ie. plumbing, electrical, building supplies, irrigation, professional power tools.

Customer Service:

Proactively assist customers, resolve complaints, and ensure all inquiries are handled promptly and courteously. Supervisors must project a friendly demeanor and possess strong product knowledge.

Store Operations:

Oversee daily store activities, including opening and closing procedures, safety audits, loss prevention, and maintaining a clean and orderly sales floor. This includes managing cashiers and ensuring accurate price changes.

Inventory & Merchandising:

Supervise receiving, stocking, and forklift operations. Assist with merchandise resets, cycle counts, and maintaining back stock levels to ensure product availability.

Leadership & Training:

Train and direct associates, lead by example, and facilitate store meetings. Supervisors are expected to incorporate Ace's core values (Winning, Excellence, Love, Integrity, Gratitude, Humility, Teamwork) into daily interactions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED with previous retail management or hardware experience preferred. Minimum 2 years Supervisor experience. Physical demands include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25-50 lbs, and operating forklift.

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
