Youll play a key role in providing essential occupational therapy services, working directly with students starting as soon as possible and continuing through early June 2027.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active California OT or COTA license required Prior experience working in school settings preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teamwork Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 80 students Adaptability to varying needs at elementary school sites

Responsibilities and Duties:

Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services onsite in a school environment

For COTAs:

Provide daily support to two elementary school campuses (7.5 hours/day; unpaid lunch)

For OTs:

Oversee OT services at assigned campuses (8 hours/day; unpaid lunch) and supervise a COTA at one location Assess, plan, and implement treatment for students with diverse needs Maintain clear and accurate documentation for all sessions and progress reports Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to develop effective strategies and individualized plans Support students in achieving IEP goals and enhancing their classroom participation This contract offers a stable, full-day schedule with the opportunity to impact students daily lives and professional growth through direct practice and, for OTs, leadership responsibilities.
