Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapist license in California (or eligibility to obtain) Previous school-based OT experience, particularly with PreK-8th grades, highly desired Ability to independently manage a caseload of approximately 50 students Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and families
Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to PreK-8th students Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans Participate in IEP meetings, documentation, and progress monitoring Work closely with educational teams to support students academic and functional needs Why take the leap?
