Perform in-home assessments to address activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental ADLs, and home safety.Develop Adaptive Strategies:
Create personalized treatment plans focusing on energy conservation, use of adaptive equipment, and functional strengthening for daily tasks.Manage Your Visits:
Schedule and conduct patient home visits based on your preferred caseload and availability. Collaborate forCoordinated Care:
Work with a supportive team to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's plan of care. What You'll Need Valid California Occupational Therapist license CPR or BLS certification Driver's license and auto insurance Physical + TB test (within the last year) Professional liability and business license (if applicable) Where You'll Be Working We are seeking a home health clinician for a diverse territory spanning from the South Bay (Manhattan Beach, Torrance) to South Central LA (Compton, Huntington Park).
