We specialize in speech, language, feeding, and occupational therapy, with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence, mentorship, and meaningful progress for the families we serve. We are expanding across our Torrance and Los Alamitos locations and are looking for an occupational therapist who is thoughtful, motivated, and interested in growing within a team that values both clinical skill and professional development. Position Overview This is a part-time position with a pathway to full-time as caseload builds. The therapist will provide pediatric occupational therapy services across our Torrance and Los Alamitos clinics, with opportunities to contribute to program development and collaborate closely with our speech and feeding team. What You'll Do Provide individualized occupational therapy services for pediatric clients Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans based on clinical findings Collaborate with speech therapists and other team members for integrated care Educate and support families to promote carryover at home Maintain clear, timely documentation (SOAP notes, progress reports, evaluations) What We're Looking For Licensed Occupational Therapist in California Experience in pediatrics preferred (new grads with strong clinical training considered) Strong clinical reasoning and ability to individualize treatment Clear, professional communication with families and team members Organized, reliable, and able to follow through on responsibilities Interest in continued learning and professional growth Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture What Sets This Role Apart Structured growth path from part-time to full-time Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment (speech + feeding + OT) Strong clinical standards and support for skill development Opportunity to help shape and expand the OT program Leadership growth potential for the right candidate Schedule & Locations Part-time to start (flexible scheduling) Services provided at Los Alamitos location Growth to full-time based on caseload and performance
