Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current OT licensure in California (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting preferred Solid knowledge of assessments, IEP processes, and documentation requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork with staff and parents Organization and adaptability to manage caseloads effectively

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate students' abilities and develop tailored treatment plans to address physical, emotional, or developmental challenges Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Deliver direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups Monitor progress and update goals, maintaining thorough and accurate records Participate in IEP meetings and consult with staff to ensure optimal student outcomes Provide training or resources to faculty and parents as needed
