This rewarding contract opportunity offers a part-time schedule (one day per week) throughout the 2026-2027 academic year, providing essential therapy services to help children thrive in their educational environment.
What You Bring:
Current and valid OT license (required) Previous experience as a school-based Occupational Therapist, preferably working with pediatric populations Strong communication and collaboration abilities for working alongside teachers, staff, and families Commitment to fostering independence and participation for students within the school setting
Your Core Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs and strategies Collaborate with educators and other school professionals on IEPs, progress, and adaptive strategies Document interventions, progress notes, and maintain compliance with school policies and state guidelines Provide consultation and support for teachers and parents to promote generalization of skills across settings
