You'll enjoy the autonomy of managing your own schedule while receiving strong support from an experienced interdisciplinary team. Position Highlights Full-Time and Per Diem opportunities available Flexible scheduling Autonomy with strong clinical support Build meaningful relationships with patients and families Collaborative team environment Serve communities throughout beautiful Monterey County Responsibilities Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and ongoing reassessments Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals and clinical needs Evaluate home environments and recommend modifications to improve safety and independence Recommend adaptive equipment and assistive devices Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, safety techniques, and functional mobility Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare professionals Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies and regulatory requirements Qualifications Required Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing Minimum one (1) year of Occupational Therapy experience Current CPR/BLS certification Current TB clearance Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to work independently while providing exceptional patient care Preferred Home Health experience Hospice experience Experience working with geriatric and medically complex patient populations Coverage Areas We're currently hiring throughout Monterey County.
