Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams Document treatments and progress accurately and timely Support residents in achieving maximum functional independence ✅

Qualifications:

Active California Occupational Therapist license Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team 📍
