Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active California Occupational Therapist license required Background of success in a school-based setting is essential Strong ability to work across diverse age groups (K-12) and adapt to varying student needs Excellent communication and teamwork skills Commitment to supporting inclusive educational environments

Key Responsibilities:

Provide evidence-based OT services to students, addressing fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills Develop and implement individualized plans in collaboration with teachers, special educators, and families Conduct assessments and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for each student Travel between multiple sites as assigned, ensuring consistent, high-quality care Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in school occupational therapy Enjoy a rewarding position where your impact will be seen every day.
