Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as an Occupational Therapist supporting students across a vibrant K-12 environment near Ontario, CA. You'll work on-site, providing essential therapy services and interventions that foster independence and success for learners of all ages. With a start date as soon as possible and a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact surrounded by dedicated staff and diverse students.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active Occupational Therapist license for the state of California Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is strongly preferred Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills Passion for working with children ranging from kindergarten through high school
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students with a range of abilities and needs Conduct assessments and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers and support teams to integrate therapeutic strategies in the classroom Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress with all stakeholders Support students in achieving functional, sensory, and motor goals to enhance their educational experience
