Services will be provided in the child's home and/or community, with opportunities available throughout Orange County, California. We are looking for an OT who is interested in growing with our company as we continue to build our client base and expand our services. We currently have approximately 2-3 hours per month available, with an expectation to expand to 10-20 hours per month as our early intervention client base grows. This is an excellent opportunity for an OT seeking a flexible schedule and a long-term relationship with a growing company. Schedule Monday-Friday Flexible scheduling Services generally provided between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Initial availability of approximately 2-3 hours per month Additional hours are expected to be available as the client caseload grows Services will be provided in clients' homes throughout Orange County, California.
Locations needed:
North Orange, Placentia, Fullerton, Brea, Yorba Linda, La Habra, Anaheim Hills, North Anaheim, Buena Park, La Mirada. Responsibilities Provide individualized occupational therapy services in clients' homes Address areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, motor planning, self-care, feeding, play, and participation in daily routines Provide consultation, education, and recommendations to families and other service providers Collaborate with parents and professionals, including ABA therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other members of the child's care team Evaluate clients' functional abilities, sensory needs, motor development, adaptive skills, and participation in daily activities Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment goals based on client needs and progress Monitor and document client progress and maintain accurate session records Collect required parent or guardian signatures following sessions Recommend appropriate strategies, equipment, and environmental modifications to support client development Submit accurate documentation and time records in accordance with company procedures Skills & Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university or college Current California Occupational Therapy license Current NBCOT certification preferred Minimum of one year of occupational therapy experience preferred Pediatric and early-intervention experience strongly preferred Knowledge of child development, sensory processing, fine motor development, adaptive skills, and family-centered care Availability to provide services generally between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Scheduling can be flexible around the clients availability - there are no provided set schedules. Ability to travel to clients' homes throughout Orange County Ability to work collaboratively with families and other service providers Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Professional liability and other required professional insurance coverage, as applicable
