Orange County This Role Is Great For You If You:
Enjoy working with infants, toddlers, and their families Believe in family-centered, coaching-based early intervention Want a flexible, part-time schedule that grows with your availability Are comfortable providing home health and community-based therapy Value ethics, teamwork, and interdisciplinary collaboration Feeding therapy certification or other specialty certifications are a plus. Requirements Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) certification Active California Occupational Therapy license (OTR/L) issued by the California Board of Occupational Therapy 1+ year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities 1+ year of pediatric experience with children under age 3 Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel locally Compensation $75-90/hr Schedule Part-time position Minimum of 2 days per week with availability between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM; late afternoon and evening availability is a plus 60-minute sessions, scheduled 1-2x per month or 1-2x per week based on each child's needs Caseload builds gradually as referrals are accepted after your hire date, ranging from 1 to 10+ hours per week Service Locations Orange County, CA, with a focus on
