Occupational Therapy License Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to clients, focusing on improving their functional abilities and independence
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate clients and their families on strategies for maximizing independence and improving daily living skills
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
