What You Bring:

A Master's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy Current California OT license or eligibility Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit Experience (or sharp interest) in working in school-based settings, preferably with elementary-aged children Ability to quickly build rapport with students, teachers, and families Organizational skills to manage documentation and scheduling Enthusiasm and adaptability in dynamic school situations

What You'll Do:

Deliver direct and consultative OT services to elementary students based on IEP goals Assess students' needs in areas such as fine motor skills, sensory integration, and daily activities Design and implement individualized intervention plans to maximize student participation Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support students' learning and growth Monitor and document progress, maintaining compliance with all state and district guidelines Offer occasional staff training or classroom support as needed Experience flexible part-time scheduling (21 hours per week) and contribute directly to students' academic and personal achievements.
