Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of California Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is strongly preferred Familiarity with IEP process and documentation Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families across diverse backgrounds Strong interpersonal and communication skills Adaptability and creativity in customizing therapeutic approaches

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals Assess students functional abilities and recommend strategies for classroom success Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and specialists Keep accurate and timely documentation of progress and services Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and parent conferences Educate staff and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment recommendations Heres your chance to inspire growth, encourage participation, and support students in reaching their fullest potential.
