Key Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license required Experience in school-based, home health, or pediatric healthcare OT preferred Familiarity with delivering OT services in both individual and group settings Ability to adapt interventions for cross-categorical student populations, including those with varying degrees of ability Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Comfort with itinerant roles, traveling between multiple school sites as needed

Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and deliver OT services to students ages pre-K through high school with a wide range of needs Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals Maintain accurate documentation and report progress in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines Consult with educational teams to recommend modifications and accommodations that enhance student participation Travel between assigned school sites to meet the needs of a diverse caseload This full-time position offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule (40 hours/week) for the duration of the school year, ending in 2027.
