Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and environmental needs. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address specific conditions and enhance daily living skills. Provide direct therapy services to clients in individual and group settings. Educate patients and their families on strategies to improve functional independence. Monitor patients' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to promote optimal outcomes. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care. Document patient care accurately and maintain confidentiality of patient information. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families to promote well-being and coping strategies. Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

1-2 years Direct Home Health experience Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of CA. 1-2 years of clinical experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a similar setting. NBCOT certification preferred. BLS/CPR certification required. Valid CA Driver's license
