Candidate Requirements Education:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Experience:
Experience with pediatrics is required. Preference will be given to candidates who have experiences working with various neurodivergent populations, including ASD and ADHD.
Language Skills:
Native or professional English fluency.
Licensing:
Must hold a valid OT license from a recognized national accreditation body (e.g., NBCOT, AHPRA, etc.). Verification of credentials will be required prior to a formal job offer. 3. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans primarily for the pediatric population. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including ABA Therapists, Physical Therapists (PTs), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs). Maintain detailed patient records and progress notes in accordance with United States healthcare standards (e.g., HIPAA compliance). 4.
Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary:

JPY Relocation Package:
A one-time relocation allowance of ¥220,000 JPY upon arrival.
