Qualifications & Experience:
Active, valid license to practice occupational therapy in California (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to create, implement, and adapt individualized therapy plans Passion for fostering student independence and participation
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate students needs and develop tailored intervention strategies Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Document progress, set measurable goals, and participate in IEP meetings Provide direct therapy services, classroom support, and staff training
