•temporary Responsibilities Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, while meeting department objectives. Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups. Assess patient needs and contribute to development of individualized OT plans and goals. Implement OT interventions, monitor patient progress, and document outcomes in patient records. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to coordinate patient care and discharge planning. Requirements Active California OT license or eligibility for California licensure Ability to work in an inpatient care setting Strong collaboration and communication skills for interdisciplinary teams Experience developing and implementing OT treatment plans Ability to maintain accurate patient documentation and progress notes Willingness to commit to a 13-week travel assignment and adapt to a fast-paced setting Pay disclaimer Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
