Job Description

Are you an energetic, curious, and creative Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with children and values collaboration? Are you passionate about evidence-based practice, client-centered care, and quality of services? If you answered yes to the above questions, then we invite you to apply, and join our team at Skilled Therapy & Play Services. We are an out-of-network private practice with one clinic in San Carlos and one in San Mateo, and also provide services to children in their homes and schools. Role We are seeking a dedicated full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team. A Tuesday-Saturday schedule with Saturday hours being 9:00 AM
  • 2:30 PM is the schedule for this role.
Two years experience in a related setting is preferred, however, not required. We value mentorship, and invite new graduates to apply as well. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to determine individual needs and develop personalized goals treatment plans.
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions to individuals with a variety of diagnoses including ASD, ADHD, SPD, Developmental Coordination Disorder, Dyslexia and Anxiety.
  • Collaboration with other healthcare professionals, teachers, and caregivers to ensure a comprehensive approach.
  • Monitor and document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Skills:
  • Strong clinical skills in occupational therapy techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

$60.00
