Job Description

Club Xcite is hiring an Occupational Therapists (OTs) for a school‑based opening in San Migue l , CA for the 2026-2027 School Year. This is an in‑person roles supporting students in educational settings across various districts and grade levels. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide direct occupational therapy services aligned with student IEP goals Support student mobility, posture, strength, and access to the educational environment Conduct occupational therapy assessments and participate in IEP meetings Consult with school staff regarding orthopedic and access needs Support adaptive equipment needs, including ordering and adjustments Train and support school staff on transfers, positioning, and body mechanics Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school‑based requirements Required Qualifications Active California Occupational Therapy license Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Experience working with students or youth in school‑based, pediatric, or clinical settings Ability to work on‑site (no remote roles)
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior school‑based OT experience Familiarity with IEP processes and school documentation Strong team-work and collaboration skills
Pay:
