Occupational Therapist Home Health Position Summary Full independence and schedule flexibility Independently evaluate and conduct follow-up visits as an Occupational Therapist Provide Occupational Therapy services to clients in their home Document patient assessment and visit details in EHR and notify Clinical Supervisor of findings Communicate care and updates with the care team Submit documentation of Evaluation and Follow-up visits according to the company policies Evaluate and create plan of care for patients independently Qualifications Friendly, cheerful, and excellent customer service/bedside manners Minimum of 1-year experience seeing patients in the home setting Active California Occupational Therapy License This is a Per Diem position. Annual Full Time Salary equivalent $143k, depending on experience.
