Range of pay is based on work experience in the field and offers mentorship to build a foundation in private practice to better prepare each therapist with as much support as needed.

Each therapist will provide:

Parent education, sensory integration, feeding therapy, developmental evaluations and facilitate growth in a child's developmental milestones. Progressive Steps has 42 therapists which include occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physical therapists and developmental specialists. Therapy is provided both in home and clinic based .
