Desired Experience & Skills:

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Experience in school-based settings is highly valued Strong communication and teamwork abilities Skill in adapting therapy techniques for diverse student needs Capacity to work efficiently across multiple locations

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct therapy services to students, supporting academic and functional skill development Assess student needs, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and document progress Collaborate with educators and families to integrate therapy goals into classroom routines Provide consultation and training to school staff on therapeutic strategies Travel flexibly between multiple school sites as required
