Job Description

Skilled nursing rehab facility in Santa Monica is looking for a Fulltime Occupational Therapist (OT). Pay range is $53-$60/hr., depending on SNF experience, certifications, and qualifications. New grads are welcome! We provide
PT, OT, ST
services in post-acute settings and are looking for talented, dynamic clinicians with passion to join our team. Occupational Therapist Duties:
Provides, directs and supervises all aspects of quality patient care, including, but not limited to: screening, evaluation and treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education and documentation in order to assure the best outcome for the patient. Directs and supervises the work of therapist assistants and rehab aid. Develops treatment plan and provides treatment consistent with benefits and reimbursement levels. Documents notes, summaries, reports, etc.
Occupational Therapist Requirements:
College degree in Occupational Therapy. Licensed as required by State. CPR certification Excellent Comp and benefits for full-time associates. We are an in-house therapy team with a dedicated rehab aid!
Flexible Scheduling:
5 x 8 hour shifts; Shifts available Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday, or Sunday-Thursday Generous PTO and sick time accumulation based on hours worked
Pay:
$53.00 - $60.00 per hour
