3 Description American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a skilled nursing facility, requiring 1+ year of experience and an active California OT license. Details Skilled nursing and post-acute care facility setting Rehabilitation therapy department with modern therapy gym and equipment Full-time schedule 13-week assignment Requirements Current, active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license required if applicable Minimum 1 year of experience required Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred but not required Strong interpersonal and clinical skills Additional Information Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions to improve function, ADLs, and safety Collaborate closely with nursing and rehab staff to ensure excellent outcomes Maintain documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations Work alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team with experienced leadership Opportunities for mentorship, growth, and continuing education available
