Desired Skills & Experience:
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred Strong understanding of IEP process and documentation requirements Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, administrators, and families Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs Ability to manage a varied caseload and deliver both direct and consultative services
